Thyme (Thymus vulgaris)
It is a plant with medicinal properties extremely beneficial to the health of the respiratory system. Expetorante has an effect, facilitating the removal of mucus in the airways.lt is also antispasmodic and demulcent, making it effective in preventing and treating cough. It also has an antioxidant action, antimicrobial, antiviral and antiseptic. Thus, the Thyme has great effectiveness in solving respiratory problems, including allergies, flu and colds, sore throats, sinusitis, asthma, bronchitis and emphysema. Contributes to the relief of pulmonary congestion and eliminating phlegm. This plant has also the important properties of the gastrointestinal system. It antidiarrhetic, digestive, coleretica (stimulates bile secretion) and carminative (helps reduce intestinal gas). This is useful in cases of heartburn, boredom, dyspepsia, gastritis and meteorism (enlarged abdomen due to an accumulation of gas in the gut).

According to some studies, this plant showed efficacy in cases of uro lithiasis (stone formation in the kidneys, ureters or bladder). The use of Ammi visnaga may also be recommended to treat certain skin disorders (psoriasis and vitiligo), as it stimulates melanin synthesis.
Marshmallow (Althea officinalis)

For its anti-inflammatory, demulcent, and expetorante decongestant can be used effectively as an adjunct in the treatment of bronchitis, asthma, cough, emphysema, tuberculosis and sore throat.
